Description:
Parapet wall repair and waterproofing works were carried out to a property in Surrey, addressing water ingress, deteriorated brickwork, failed lead detailing, and defective fillet pointing. The parapet area had suffered from prolonged exposure to the elements, resulting in moisture penetration and localised breakdown of both masonry and waterproofing layers.

The project involved careful removal of loose and damaged brickwork, repairs to the parapet structure, and installation of new lead flashing to ensure proper weather protection. New fillet pointing was formed at critical junctions, and localised patch waterproofing was applied to integrate seamlessly with the existing roof covering.
