Description:
External repair and maintenance works were carried out to a retail commercial site on the Isle of Wight, focusing on the renewal of damaged coping stones, repairs to the boundary fencing, and general external tidying works. The project addressed deterioration caused by weather exposure, impact damage, and long-term wear, improving both safety and the overall appearance of the site.

Defective and loose coping stones were carefully removed, with substrates prepared to ensure proper bedding and long-term stability. New coping stones were installed and aligned to match existing profiles, providing a neat, durable finish. Localised repairs to the boundary fence were undertaken, alongside clearance of vegetation, debris, and general site clean-up, restoring the external areas to a safe and presentable condition suitable for a busy retail environment.
